B | 宜春市纪委市监委介绍，2021年6月10日中午，丰城市孙渡街道副主任熊辉、党委委员黄六星、四级主任科员邹剑受孙渡街道兴无村负责人陈爱星邀请，以吃工作餐的名义接受管理服务对象孙渡街道村民蔡某华的宴请。参加此次宴请的还有孙渡街道茅园村党支部书记兼村主任蔡新军、副书记蔡生亮、纪检委员戴国云，以及兴无村支委委员熊仁波、南邹村党支部副书记徐小员、阳池社区党支部副书记曾建平等人。2021年6月10日是星期四。通报称，席间，陈爱星、蔡新军、徐小员、曾建平等4人饮酒。当日15时许，曾建平酒后驾车造成交通事故。2022年6月，丰城市人民法院以曾建平犯危险驾驶罪，判处拘役四个月，缓刑五个月，并处罚金人民币1.2万元。2022年2月，熊辉、黄六星、邹剑分别受到诫勉谈话处理；2022年7月，曾建平受到开除党籍处分；其他人员分别受到相应处理。通报还提到，2021年7月14日晚，为感谢高安市汪家圩乡原二级主任科员陈润成在建房审批事项的关照和帮助，赵某生在高安市某饭店宴请陈润成。席间，陈润成饮用酒水。
C | 7月15日凌晨，陈润成醉酒后驾车至高安市高安大道被查获。2022年2月，高安市人民法院以陈润成犯危险驾驶罪，判处拘役一个月，缓刑二个月，并处罚金人民币1万元。2022年6月，陈润成受到开除党籍、开除公职处分。2021年11月21日晚，上高县徐家渡镇财政经济办公室干部黄小云在上高县城某饭店违规接受管理服务对象某企业老板徐某明宴请。
D | 宴请结束后，黄小云驾车途经上高县五马红绿灯处时，碰撞到道路中心隔离护栏，发生事故后逃离现场，并将车停在上高县宣化路敖阳派出所附近的道路边休息。随后，黄小云被上高县公安局民警当场查获。
E | 2022年4月，上高县人民法院以黄小云犯危险驾驶罪，判处拘役四个月，缓刑六个月，并处罚金人民币2万元。2022年8月，黄小云受到开除党籍、开除公职处分。宜春市纪委市监委指出，这3起公职人员酒驾醉驾背后“四风”问题，反映出当前仍有少数党员干部纪律意识不强、法律观念淡薄，把纪律规矩当成“耳边风”，心存侥幸、顶风违纪、以身试法，最终受到党纪国法的严肃处理。
